Formal commitments, applied to every shipment

BASE operates under four written policies that govern how we select suppliers, manage material, and run our business. They apply equally across every origin country, product line and buyer relationship — a supplier in the Urals is held to the same standard as a quarry in western Türkiye. These are not marketing statements; they are the criteria our own team is audited against internally. Any supplier who can't meet them doesn't enter our network, regardless of the volume or pricing they're offering — the policies aren't negotiable per contract.
