BASE is a sourcing and export company, not an operator. We build long-term partnerships with quarries, mines and refiners across Türkiye and Russia, then take responsibility for quality control, documentation and delivery — so industrial buyers can rely on one counterparty for a resilient, compliant supply chain. The four sections below cover who we are, what guides us, the policies we operate under, and how the trading model itself is structured. None of these four areas exists in isolation — the policies we operate under shape which suppliers we work with, and the trading model determines how quickly we can act on what those policies require.
